Cacao Minty Cheezzzcakes

I enjoy the challenge of taking a thought of a particular food and making it in my kitchen.

As I will be at the Yarrow Community School Christmas Market today, I thought I would make something that is a flavour of Christmas.  Cacao Minty Cheezzzcakes are the result.  A dark chocolately flavour with a not so subtle hint of mint.

Thursday, November 24th you will find me at the Yarrow Community School Christmas Market from 4:00 to 8:00pm.
I will have the usual fare along with some Holiday surprises and Gift Certificates.

2nd Annual SQUASH FEST!


Come and join us for a day to celebrate the SQUASH!

I will be there with some delicious autumn foods!

 Plus all the regular goodies ~ gingerbread balls, truffles, gogi coconut balls, crackers, & onion bread.
 Lunch will be available too!

Friday, September 18th you will find me a Yarrow Twilight Farm and Artisan Market from 4:00 to 7:00.

Moroccan Stew, Savoury Soup and Mock Salmon Pate are on them menu.

Saturday, September 19th I will be at the Mission City Farmers Market from 9:00 to 1:00.

At 11:00 I will be giving a demo on making Sauerkraut. Come out and try some!
